  • Free Standard Shipping (Shipped by Amazon | 3 to 7 business days) is offered on orders over $35 after discounts.
    Original Standard Shipping Cost is $8 on orders less than $35 after discounts
  • Free Expedited Shipping (Shipped by Amazon | 2~3 business days) is offered on orders over $80 after discounts.
    Original Expedited Shipping Cost is $14 on orders less than $80 after discounts
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days of processing your order and 3-7 business days for standard shipping once processed.

Our orders shipped out from Seoul, Korea usually takes little longer than the orders shipped by Amazon because it is an international shipping. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days of processing your order and 3-14 business days for expedited shipping once processed.

  • All orders are hand-packed by MOTHER MADE team using 'Bio-degradable corn starch foam peanuts and recyclable kraft paper'
  • All orders will be packaged along with our free samples and biodegradable bubble foaming net

If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, an APO/FPO address, or any U.S. territories, transit times may take a little longer.

Please note: We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes using Expedited Shipping. Please make sure to select Standard Shipping on checkout if this applies to you.

 

International

  • Standard shipping is limited due to the ongoing issues with COVID-19. Only Expedited shipping is be available (DHL, FEDEX, EMS).
  • We currently ship to below countries only:
    Qatar, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom(UK), Vietnam
  • Free Expedited Shipping (Shipped by EMS, DHL or UPS | 3-14 business days) is offered on orders over $150 after discounts.
  • Shipping and delivery dates may be affected during holidays, peak season and if our warehouse is experiencing a high volume of orders. However, we do try our best to make sure our customers receive the items in time.
  •  We fulfill all orders within 2-3 business day, so as soon as you get your confirmation email we'll pack your items to get them ready to send out! Then we'll email you once again with the shipping confirmation with the parcel's tracking information.
  • Possible Delays/Failed Delivery: It may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays from the original delivery estimated time.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing is the time it takes from when you place your order on our site to when it gets packed up and shipped out. 
  • For weekday orders, it may take 1-2 business days to process.
  • For weekend orders, it may take 1-3business days to process after the following business day.

Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations. If you require an order change or cancellation, please let us know ASAP by sending us an email at mothermade@emothermade.com.
We can't guarantee that we'll be able to catch your request on the order change or cancellation before it gets to our warehouse for fulfillment, but we'll try our best!

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

 

CUSTOMS AND TAX

  • We respect each country’s import policy.
  • Please note, some countries may restrict the import of cosmetics depending on their policies. Any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, depending on the customs & tax policy additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, so please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping and check your local customs policy for more information.
  • Follow the customs' requests. If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient.
  • If you need additional documents for customs clearance, we will try to assist to the best of our abilities, but it is not guaranteed.
