Our orders shipped out from Seoul, Korea. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days of processing your order.

- Our free samples will be included
- Shipping and delivery dates may be affected during holidays, peak season and if our warehouse is experiencing a high volume of orders. However, we do try our best to make sure our customers receive the items in time.
- We fulfill all orders within 2-3 business day, so as soon as you get your confirmation email we'll pack your items to get them ready to send out! Then we'll email you once again with the shipping confirmation with the parcel's tracking information.
- Possible Delays/Failed Delivery: It may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays from the original delivery estimated time.

ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing is the time it takes from when you place your order on our site to when it gets packed up and shipped out.- For weekday orders, it may take 1-2 business days to process.
- For weekend orders, it may take 1-3business days to process after the following business day.
Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations. If you require an order change or cancellation, please let us know ASAP by sending us an email at mothermade@emothermade.com.
We can't guarantee that we'll be able to catch your request on the order change or cancellation before it gets to our warehouse for fulfillment, but we'll try our best!
Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

- Please note, some countries may restrict the import of cosmetics depending on their policies. Any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, depending on the customs & tax policy additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, so please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping and check your local customs policy for more information.
